Each of our Bed and Breakfast rooms come complete with complimentary tea and coffee facilities, along with essential toiletries for your convenience. Nestled in our working farm setting, we offer a true rural escape with all the comforts of home.
Start your day with our delicious breakfast before exploring the surrounding countryside. We provide secure bike storage, on-site parking, and even welcome your four-legged friends (£10 fee per night applies). From hair dryers to farm views, we’ve thought of everything to make your stay memorable.
The Farmhouse has been beautifully renovated and re-decorated in keeping with the traditional farmhouse in January 2025. We offer a comfortable and relaxing stay, whether stopping by for a week of exploring the area or to rest your head for the night while taking on the Hadrian’s Wall path.
Breakfast is included in your stay – served from 7:30am – 9:30am.
We offer cooked breakfast, trying our best to make use of the fantastic local produce that surrounds us! We have a small seasonal breakfast menu that is available in the welcome pack in your room. Please let us know about any allergies / dietary requirements upon booking so that we can do our best to cater for you. Please see your visitor’s guestbook for more information upon arrival.
You’re more than welcome to bring your 4 legged friend however please be mindful that we are surrounded by livestock so they must be on a lead at all times. There is an additional £10 supplement per night and please no more than 1 dog per room.
We have ample private on-site parking to the left of the property.
We offer our guests the option of a packed lunch to see them on their way at £10 per person.
